    If we progress to songwriting or production services, the cost of this review will be subtracted from that service price.

    If we feel the idea is not ready, or that our studio is not the best fit for you, we will give you detailed feedback on the next steps we would advise.

  • We will evaluate the playlist readiness of your track and provide detailed feedback on recommended song and/or production changes that will minimize the likelihood of playlist rejections. This is available to a song at any point in its production process.

  • Unlike the Song Submission Review above, this is a standalone feedback service for your developed song ideas. We will review your worktape or demo and provide detailed feedback on what's working and what's not. iPhone recordings sufficient.

  • Our songwriting coaching service offers personalized, one-hour sessions designed to help new or developing songwriters complete or polish their song ideas.

    Do or have a brilliant idea that you need help executing? With tailored feedback and expert insights, we'll help your ideas develop towards production-ready songs. Like co-writing with training wheels on! Perfect for earlier stage artists without significant co-writing experience.

    Pre-Production Song Approval required.

  • Our songwriting coaching service offers personalized, one-hour sessions designed to help both new and developing songwriters grow their skills.

    Have you written a collection of songs that you would like feedback on? We’ll offer insights into your strengths and areas for growth as an artist. We’ll also recommend which songs are best suited for production, getting you read for the next steps in your artist journey.

    $150 per session.
    $500 for a set of four.

  • Work with experienced songwriters to refine and elevate your song ideas currently in development. Whether you need help fine-tuning melodies, enhancing lyrics, or solidifying the song structure, this collaborative process will help you polish your song and get it production-ready, while staying true to your original sound and style. 

    Perfect for artists with some co-writing experience, looking to prepare their songs for production.

    Any writers from our team who work on the song should be added as co-writers, with an equal share divided between all writers unless otherwise agreed to in writing.

  • Midi strings have gotten good, but nothing quite replaces the emotional depth and rich, textured sound brought to a song by live strings. Whether you wish to add gentle sophistication or cinematic flair, live strings are one of our specialties here at Spring Hill Studios.

  • If you are unable to track vocals in person at Spring Hill Studios, we will help you find and book a music studio as near your location as possible. We will attend your recording session remotely via Zoom and guide your recording towards quality tracks at the top of your vocal potential.

  • Cost varies depending on the local studio booked (paid directly to local studio).

    • $350 per song if purchased a la carte.

    • $150 per song if purchased for Guitar/Piano/Vocal or Acoustic Version.

  • We want the experience of tracking vocals to feel effortless for you on recording day. With this session, you’ll get the chance to introduce us to your vocal performance ahead of time, and get comfortable working with us before the pressure is on!

    We’ll keep an eye out for any trouble spots and work through them together, and an experienced member of our team will offer you a selection of vocal technique tips tailored to your voice and song, preparing you to enter the studio feeling confident and ready to deliver your best take! We’ll help you bring out the emotion and precision needed for an outstanding recording.

Mastered Stems

  • If your song will be used for live worship, we will provide high-quality, mastered stems tailored for live performance settings. These stems allow worship teams to seamlessly integrate professional tracks into their live arrangements, creating a dynamic worship experience. This service ensures your music is ready to inspire and connect in any venue.

  • Between $125 and $300 per song, depending on the complexity. This covers grouping tracks together, cleaning up tracks as needed, exporting, etc.

  • Gang vocals capture a "singing crowd" sound that adds to the emotion of your song, or makes a congregational worship song feel congregational. This requires less preparation and precision than choir vocals and as a result tends to be featured less prominently in the song's mix.

  • Services Included:

    • Preparing a production draft with the lead vocal for the artist to send to gang vocalists to learn

    • Recording gang vocalists singing the song melody, as well as a few harmonies at select moments

  • A media kit or EPK (electronic press kit) is the modern digital equivalent of the press kits musicians once sent to venues, festivals, and news media. Musicians can use their EPK to court show bookings, create buzz for an upcoming album, and share their music with bloggers and journalists. As your career evolves, your press kit can be updated and expanded to reflect new releases and milestones.

    Have a collection of materials you'd like to have formatted to your brand and ready to share with venues, labels, or magazines? Send us the materials from the following lists, and we'll organize them and tailor the aesthetic to you.

    Required categories:

    • Artist bio. Ideally including both background info and creative values.

  • Releasing an album, EP, or song often creates a need for a diverse variety of promotional materials, and each element is so much stronger when acting as part of a whole.

    You've defined your artist brand. Now, what is your project's brand? How will your artist branding inform the branding of your project, and vice versa? Will your project branding bring your artist image a refresh? Do you need to make sure the visual identity of your release aligns with your brand?

    Our branding service is designed to help you navigate these decisions. It includes:
