Robby Valderrama
Founder
Founder and lead producer at Spring Hill Studios. A songwriter, choir director, multi-instrumentalist, singer, and artist coach who has worked in studios and on stages with influential Christian music artists. His mission is to “unleash the creativity of the church.”

Bria Jean Valderrama
Co-Founder
Artist, vocalist, and songwriter. As an artist (“Bria Jean”), her songs Teach Me To Obey, Beyond My Wildest Dreams, and Communion have been sung in churches around the world. As a vocalist, she has supported artists including Chris Tomlin, Brooke Ligertwood, and Cody Carnes, and she teaches our Vocal Care 101 course.

Haylie Allcott
Song Development Lead & Staff Writer
Haylie leads song development and writes with our clients, helping artists shape raw ideas into finished, releasable songs. She describes her music as “folk-pop with Celtic influences, blending storytelling, emotion, and a touch of whimsy.”

Heather Knudtsen
Operations Lead
Heather keeps Spring Hill Studios running — guiding projects, timelines, and communication so every artist's experience is smooth from first call to final delivery.

Zach Maurer
Production Lead
Zach leads production at Spring Hill Studios, bringing technical excellence and creative instinct to every session, whether tracked in Nashville or recorded remotely.

Nicole Norton
Artist Development Lead & Writing Club Community Manager
Nicole helps artists grow and oversees the Writing Club community. An artist herself, her songs “You Never Fail” and “Don't You Dare Give Up” were both #1 hits on Godsmusictoday.com.

Michaela Halfast
Staff Writer & Artist Coach
Michaela writes with and coaches our artists, helping them find their voice and stay authentic while growing in craft. As an artist, she writes “indie pop songs about faith + feelings,” and her song “Cemetery” was featured on K-LOVE's pop station.
